As a personal trainer, one of the questions I hear most from people is –“do fat burners actually work?”.
Whether I am talking to family & friends, consulting with clients at the gym or writing here on this blog, my response is always the same – “well, that depends. When you say ‘work’, what is it exactly that you want the fat burner to do?”.
You see, the vast majority of people these days want a solution to weight loss that is as simple as swallowing a pill; but the truth of that matter is, there is no product on the market that will effectively lose the weight for you!

You see, it’s common to approach weight loss as a game of calories-in verses calories-out. In fact, it has long been taught in the health & fitness industry that the simple solution to weight gain is to merely eat less and move more (with little, to no regard for the types of foods eaten nor their metabolic effect on the body).

But do this products really work? And if not, then why?
