And you know what? – I get it!

As women we tend to be natural-born nurturers. Meaning- we take care of everyone else’s needs before our own. We handle the housework, the demands of our job, the pick-up + drop-off of little ones at daycare…

By the end of the night we’re just thankful for a quiet moment to ourselves where we can cry into our merlot before going to bed + doing it all again tomorrow.

Life’s busy enough without adding even one more thing to our jam-packed schedules.

Here’s the thing: most women believe that the main benefit to working-out + eating right is a smaller jean size.

You may share that same belief.

And so you think: sure, it’d be nice to flaunt a smaller silhouette, but at the end of the day does it really matter that much? I mean- you have bigger, more pressing things on your plate- right?

So, you decide against a fitness routine (for now) + you promise yourself that you’ll start working-out again once life calms down.

You settle.

You settle because even though you know that you could do better, you also realize that your health could be worse- so you decide it’s alright to coast somewhere in the middle.

Exercise may seem like an ordinary habit on the surface- but research shows that exercise is, more importantly, a ‘keystone’ habit.

In architecture, the keystone locks all the other stones into position. In life- keystone habits are the glue that allows other good habits to take hold.

Taking care of yourself is a small spark that ignites the sort of change that allows your life to run smoothly- no more crying in that glass of wine at night 😉

You promise yourself that you’ll stick to a meal plan- no matter how hard it may be to stay on track. And you vow to wake up an hour earlier each morning in order to find time to go to the gym.

Still, you’re a little fuzzy on exactly what you need to eat or how you should be working-out to actually see results- so you pop open the nearest internet browser + you type this into the Google search bar… ‘the BEST diet + exercise plan for weight loss’.

In a fraction of a second, you’re connected with hundreds of thousands (if not more) articles- all giving you advice on the latest superfoods, fat-burning fruits + the surest way to lose weight.

You searched for ‘the best’ – so surely these methods on page 1 of your search results must be the answer you’re looking for.

Here’s the problem- Google doesn’t know you!

The internet doesn’t take into account whether or not you’re a stay-at-home mom with three little ones vying for your attention.

The internet doesn’t differentiate if you’re a boss babe scaling a 5 or 6-figure business, or if you’re a full-time student on the fast-track to a degree.

The internet doesn’t care if you have access to a gym or if you harbor a certain hate for orange-colored foods.

No- all the internet can do is send you a massive overload of information.

Universal Truth 1: To get anywhere, you must first get out of your own way. Though this transformation is very much focused on producing a physical result- we start from the inside out- meaning we start by dissolving those limiting beliefs that have kept you from seeing results in the past. Universal Truth 2: Decide where you are going. During this part of the program, my clients get crystal clear on what it is that they desire from their fitness program. Setting a goal that truly makes you happy is what gives direction to your fitness plan.

Universal Truth 3: To do less is to accomplish more. Yep, I want you to focus on doing less, not more! So many women believe that success is won by whoever can do the most- but I believe in a better way. I believe in simplifying the process so that you experience less overwhelm + frustration during your journey. When you enjoy the process, you adhere to the program + you show up consistently- and that’s where results come from.

Universal Truth 4: Willpower doesn’t work. I teach you how to leverage the right kind of motivation so that you consistently make progress on your goals- even on the days when you’re not quite feeling it.

Universal Truth 5: Failure is part of the process. I don’t expect perfection from my clients + you shouldn’t expect it from yourself either. Life gets interrupted- that’s inevitable.
